and for ring,mantle and sword from adl, can just do fl~. or everyone /seacom one of these 3 items~ can avoid same personn having ring+ mantle on same run~ up to u (imo /seacom one equip can be fair~)

Those people with the initiative to go and dual/tri box pops outside of the LS runs are putting in the much extra work and do deserve to be rewarded for that if possible. I fail to see how dual/tri boxing is much of an advantage when the people doing it have to work x2-3 times harder when farming anything when it comes down to it. Not necessarily an easy task.

Other Cons I see from this is that people /aren't/ directly obtaining marrows from the LS. Instead you're making the jobs of those going for 99 relics harder by making them 1. wait for pay outs/marrows to sell and 2. having to find a seller who is willing to match what they are willing to spend. When instead we can just cut out the middle man and just directly hand out marrows.

Sure instant gratification is nice when it comes to payouts, but if you're going to just hand out gil after each run, that doesn't really encourage people to come every time. Instead when you do a pay out per month based on an overall attendance, that really encourages people to keep coming and at least a month at a time.
